Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Before Sample Collection: If you have booked a lab test and not available for the same you are not eligible for refund (you can reschedule it within 2 Days)
  • Service Unavailability: In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances on our part (e.g., technical issues, unavailability of the phlebotomist), we will reschedule your visit and you are not eligible for refund (can reschedule it within 2 Days).
  • Lab Error: If there is a verified error in the testing process or report attributable to our lab, we will offer a re-test free of charge.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • After Sample Collection: Once your sample has been successfully collected, the testing process begins immediately. Therefore, we are unable to provide a refund after sample collection has occurred.
  • Incorrect Information: No refunds will be provided for tests that are not reported due to incorrect information provided by the user, such as providing a wrong address or contact details that prevent sample collection.
  • Test Results: Refunds will not be provided based on the outcome of a test result (e.g., positive or negative results), as the results are a true reflection of your health status.
  • Lab Error: If there is a verified error in the testing process or report attributable to our lab, we will offer a re-test free of charge.
